Pricing

What a live tote bag station actually costs.

Tote printing is quoted per event because the number moves with hours, guest count, the tote you choose, how much artwork prep is involved, and travel. Here is exactly what goes into the figure so there are no surprises.

Starts around

$5,000

A typical local, staffed tote station for a Southern California event starts near this range. It covers the crew, equipment, setup, and live operation for a standard event window.

Staffing

$250 / hr

Trained operators are billed hourly and include setup, live pressing, breaks, and teardown. Higher guest counts mean more tables and more operators.

Travel

$900

A flat travel fee applies for events outside Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Local events skip it. Nationwide load-ins are quoted with logistics.

The five things that move your number.

Event hours

A two-hour cocktail reception and an all-day conference are very different staffing commitments. We price the full window including setup and teardown.

Guest count & throughput

The bag total decides how many stations and operators you need to avoid a line. We size the setup to finish everyone comfortably.

The tote itself

A light cotton grocery tote and a heavyweight boxed-bottom canvas boat tote sit at very different blank costs. Your bag choice is a real line item.

Decoration method

DTF is fast and scales; embroidery is premium but slower per piece; a patch bar is per-patch. The mix changes both speed and cost.

Artwork prep

One clean logo is simple. A menu of ten guest-selectable designs plus monograms needs digitizing and transfer production before the event.

Best next step

Send the date, city, guest count, and the tote you want.
