Event tote bag printing, made live in front of your guests.

Merch Troop brings a full tote bag station to your event: real canvas totes, a design menu, and a crew that prints, presses, or embroiders each bag while guests watch. Everyone walks out carrying a favor they picked and saw made.

Turnkey: we source the blanks, prep the art, staff the table, and hand off finished bags. Your team just shows up.

Why a tote station

A favor people actually keep — not another thing left on the table.

Pre-ordered swag ends up in a landfill or a hotel trash can. A tote your guests personalized on the spot goes home, gets used for groceries and gym bags, and carries your logo around town for years. That is the whole reason live tote printing beats a stack of pre-printed bags: the guest is part of making it.

We set up a clean station with a curated design menu, a queue that keeps the line moving, and operators who handle every hot press so nobody near the table gets burned. Guests pick a base tote, choose a graphic or add a monogram, and we print it while they wait. Most bags are done in a couple of minutes.

The station menu

Four ways we decorate a tote — mix and match at one table.

01

Live DTF printing

Our core method. Full-color, photo-quality transfers pressed onto the canvas — gradients, logos, and detailed art with no color limits. Washable and vivid, ready in about a minute.

02

On-site embroidery

Guests add a monogram, name, or event date stitched right into the tote. Slower per piece, but nothing feels more premium than thread on canvas.

03

Patch bar

A wall of embroidered and woven patches guests heat-apply to build their own bag. Great for festivals and welcome parties where personality matters more than uniformity.

04

UV DTF stickers

Peel-and-press full-color decals for slick or coated totes and hard-side bags. Adds a glossy, dimensional finish for premium giveaways.

At the table

Pick. Print. Cool. Carry.

01

Pick

Guest chooses a tote and a design from a clean menu. No crowding — the queue keeps it orderly.

02

Print

An operator aligns the art and presses it. Heat and timing are dialed in before doors open.

03

Cool

The bag hits a cool rack for a few seconds so the print sets and nobody touches a hot press.

04

Carry

We check each tote and hand it back finished. Guest leaves carrying a keepsake they made.

Quick answers

Common tote station questions.

How fast can you print a tote?

DTF totes finish in roughly one to three minutes each. A single station comfortably turns out 40–60 bags an hour; we add tables and operators to match your guest count and event length so the line never stalls.

Do you supply the tote bags?

Yes. We source quality cotton and canvas totes — standard grocery-style, gusseted market totes, and heavier boat-tote weights — and only bring the count you need, so there is no boxes-of-leftovers waste.

Can guests personalize each bag?

That is the point. Guests choose designs, add names or monograms, or build a patch combo. You can also lock it to one sponsor logo if you want a uniform look for a conference giveaway.
